T1 Series paint robots have been especially designed for the rugged environmental conditions found in paint booths. In conjunction with the IPC/RHO 4.1 control system, they are the basis for a reliable, economic and highly flexible paint system.

T1 characteristics

Special constructional features

• Smooth surfaces, no hidden edges – easy cleaning, impact-resistant textured paint; optional anti-graffiti available for Axis 3 and wrist
• Wear-resistant drag chain and cable specially developed for b+m
• Integral flushing electronics (only one outgoing cable); optional remote control
• Connection: 2 easily laid cables (Ø 28 mm) with a length of up to 50 metres
• Option: junction box aspects for applicator
• 2 hose bushes in rotary axis 1, for normal pressure application for customer's use
• Air-purged assembly space in Axis 2: 2x proportional valves (spray geometry) + 1x control valve for spray equipment
• 2 valve islands after rotary movement Axis 1 (CAN Bus in robot) for service and maintenance
• Wear-free motors and long-life main gearboxes
